Downloading your mantras

(1) Mail with download links
Once you finish the purchase, you will receive an email from the id - "mahakatha@shoprocket.io".

The subject will be "Your order has been paid".

Please check the 'Spam' and 'Promotions' tab in your inbox as well.

(2) Download mantras
The email with the download links will look like the one in the screenshot below.


Each of the highlighted orange links is a download link. Click on each one in order, and the downloads will initiate.

Based on your browser settings, a pop-up might appear asking your permission to download. Click on 'Download' and the download will proceed normally.

Based on the device you use to download your mantras, the audio files will be accessed differently.

Accessing your downloaded mantras

a) Downloading on your computer

If you download the mantras on your computer, it gets stored in your default download location.

Normally, it is in the location: This PC -> Downloads.

Once you see these files, you may play them directly, or move them to your favorite listening option.

b) Downloading on your Android phone

On your Android device, the files are easily located in the 'Files' app. Specifically, you can find it within the 'Downloads' section within Files.

c) Downloading using Safari browser on your iPhone

Open the Safari app on your iPhone. Tap and hold on to the download link for the audio file. In the pop-up menu, select "Download Linked File".

The audio file will start downloading, and a Downloads icon will appear in the top-right corner of the screen. Tap on it. You will be taken to the Downloads folder within the Files app, where you can see all the files you have downloaded using Safari on your iPhone.

Open the Files app on your iPhone. Tap "Downloads" to see all the downloaded files. Find the audio file you want to listen to and tap on it. This will open the file in the Files app. You can play the audio by tapping on the play button.


d) Downloading using Chrome browser on your iPhone

Open the Chrome app on your iPhone. Tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open the Chrome menu. Tap "Downloads" in the menu.

You will be taken to the Downloads folder, where you can see all the files you have downloaded using Chrome on your iPhone.

Open the Chrome app on your iPhone. Tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open the Chrome menu. Tap "Downloads" in the menu.

Find the audio file you want to listen to and tap on it. This will open the file in the Chrome app. You can play the audio by tapping on the play button.

Troubleshooting:

1. What do I do if I click on the download icons and no download is initiated?
A: This might be due to some blockers you have enabled on your browser. Read this article to solve this issue.

2. What do I do if it takes too long to download the mantras?
A: Sometimes, the server might be facing temporary issues. Give it some time, and try again. The download speed should be normal and you can download your favorite mantras quickly.

3. If I still have trouble downloading mantras, do I get a refund?
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble downloading the mantra audio files. Please note that the mantra audio downloads are just like any other file download, and we believe you know how to use your phone to access downloaded files.

However, we're here to help! Here are some tips that might help you download the mantras:

• Try downloading the mantras again by following the instructions provided here.
• Check your internet connection to ensure that it's stable.
• If you're having trouble downloading the mantras using one browser or app, try using a different one.
