What do I do if I can't access my mantras after completing the purchase?

After completion of the purchase process, I did not receive any communication on how to access my mantras

There are two ways you can purchase Mahakatha content. 

One would be via our store page, which lists all the albums and mantras from the Mahakatha library. This is the default method, that most use to buy Mahakatha audio files.

The other way is purchasing the Ancient Chants from India - Gold Edition, which is a bundle that consists of 100+ mantras sourced from 16 albums.

Based on the type of purchase, your next steps will vary.

If you bought mantras from the store


Once you finish the purchase, you will receive an email from the id - "mahakatha@shoprocket.io".

The subject will be "Your order has been paid".

Please check the 'Spam' and 'Promotions' tab in your inbox as well. The email with the download links will look like the one in the screenshot below.


If clicking on the links does not initiate the download, it could be that you have pop-up blockers or ad-blockers active on your browser. Please disable these and try again.

If it still doesn't work, the links might have expired. If this is the case, drop us a mail at support@mahakatha.com and we will re-send the mail with download links.

The download links in this new mail will work for you.

If you bought the Ancient Chants from India - Gold Edition


As soon as you complete the purchase, you should receive an automated mail to the registered email, specifying how to log in to the members' area and access your purchase.

If you don't see the mail, check the spam folder to make sure. If you still don't see it, mail us at support@mahakatha.com and we will manually send the mail with instructions to access your purchase.
